Beef Stir-fried Tofu

Slice the beef against the grain, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and marinate in cornstarch for half an hour.

Wash the oily tofu and set aside.

Heat the frying pan and pour the corn oil into it. Stir-fry the beef until it is six mature. Scoop out and set aside.

Heat in a frying pan until it matures, pour in corn oil, and stir-fry the red peppers.

Pour in oily tofu and stir-fry over high heat.
6.
Add boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes.
7.
Add beef and stir-fry on high heat.
8.
Add a pinch of salt and heat to collect the juice.
