Beef Tenderloin with Green Pepper

Cut 250 grams of beef into finger-sized strips and put them in a bowl.

Add 2 scoops of cooking wine.

Add 1 scoop of cornstarch.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 1 small teaspoon of pepper.

Add a little peanut oil, stir well, and marinate for more than half a day.

Wash one big green pepper, cut into thin strips, and set aside.

Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, pour in the marinated beef strips, and stir fry quickly.
