Beef Tenderloin with Kimchi and Celery

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut beef tenderloin into thick strips, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, and edible oil, mix well and set aside.

Shred the kimchi and set aside.

Wash celery and red pepper and shred.

Heat the oil in the pot and the beef is silky loose. Set it aside; stir-fry the celery with the remaining oil in the pot, then pour the kimchi.

Pour in the smooth beef tenderloin and stir well.

Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
8.
Sprinkle in shredded red pepper, adjust the flavor, stir well and serve.
