Beef Udon Noodles in Golden Soup

To prepare the ingredients, first process the pumpkin, remove the seeds, peel, cut into small pieces, and steam in a steamer to make it soft, about 10-15 minutes.

Use a juicer to puree the steamed pumpkin and set aside.

Tips:
You can also add red pepper rings and green pepper rings, together with chopped green onion, the taste will be even better! I forgot when I was buying vegetables...hahaha! If you like the taste of rattan pepper, you can also put some rattan pepper with the pepper, the taste is also good!
