Beef Version of Golden Fried Rice
1.
A large bowl of leftover rice, two egg yolks, two egg whites, 120g minced beef, half a cucumber, half a carrot, minced green onion, ginger and garlic
2.
Add a little salt to the egg whites, stir a little oil in the pan, pour the egg whites and stir-fry for later
3.
Cucumber half root, clean and cut into cubes, put a little oil in the pan, pour in the cucumber cubes and fry, a little salt, and fry for a while.
4.
Wash the small carrots and cut into small pieces. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the carrots. Add a little salt and fry for later use.
5.
There is not much to say about the beef marinating method here (see my video recipe Cantonese cuisine: Stir-fried beef with straw mushroom and abalone sauce) Put the oil in the pot, pour the ginger and minced garlic until fragrant, pour the beef cubes and fry, pour in a little abalone juice, a little Soy sauce, a little cooking wine, stir fry well and set aside
6.
Pour the oil in the pan, pour the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant
7.
Pour in rice that has been mixed with egg yolks called golden rice
8.
Add a pinch of salt and stir fry over high heat
9.
Add a little soy sauce and stir fry over high heat. If you want the golden rice to be golden yellow, don't put soy sauce. The beef version of the golden rice is delicious with a little soy sauce!
10.
Stir fry over high heat, let the egg yolk wrap each grain of rice
11.
Stir-fry on high fire, stir-fry the rice
12.
Add the fried side dishes: beef cubes, egg whites, carrots, cucumbers
13.
Add the chopped green onion and start the pot
14.
The beef version of the golden fried rice is distinct and refreshing!
Tips:
The fried rice is cooked with cool rice (silk rice), and the leftover rice is not easy to stick to the pan after putting it in the refrigerator
