Beef Wanton

Tips:
I usually put a small packet of five-spice powder, and only a little bit of pepper is enough to remove the fishy smell. This dish is mainly based on five-spice powder, which is more delicious.
It is not advisable to put more cornstarch, just put some so that the beef is not too old.
You don't need to put too much meat sauce when wrapping, otherwise the skin will break easily.
