Beef with Cucumber Fungus

Prepare a cucumber, wash and set aside, soak the fungus in warm water in advance, and use a piece of beef. I have a recipe for marinating beef. You can take a look at it.

After the fungus has been blanched with superheated water, put it in the plate.

Cut the cucumber into a diamond shape and place it on top of the fungus.

Cut the beef into thin slices and place it on top of the cucumber.

Finally, we season the sauce, add salt, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, chicken essence, and sesame oil into a bowl, add a little bit of warm water and stir for later use.
