Beef with Enoki Mushroom

A handful of enoki mushrooms! Cut the first section away!

Soak in salt water for later use!

A small piece of beef, slice, add starch, salt, fruit wine, mix well and set aside! (I use bayberry wine, if you don’t have it, you can use cooking wine.)
