Beef with Parsley

The beef is soaked in bleeding water.

Put it in cold water, add cooking wine to a boil to blanch the bleeding foam. Rinse with warm water.

Prepare spices and put small tea bags.

Put the seasonings in a casserole, add soy sauce, rock sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

Add beef and green onion ginger, boil and cook on low heat until the beef can be easily moved with chopsticks. Turn off the heat and soak the beef for a few hours to taste.

Store in the refrigerator, so that it is not easy to chop.

Blanch the parsley.

Put it in a large bowl.

Put the chili oil, sesame oil, chopped coriander, minced garlic, light soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.

Mix in the sauce.
