1. Soak the tendon in cold water for 3 hours, changing the water two or three times in between.

3. The dried yellow sauce is brewed with water, and only the sauce water is used for a while, the mixed bean paste solids are not used.

4. Boil the beef impurity blood in a pot with water and cook for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
