Beef with Sauce

Soak the tendon in cold water for 3 hours, changing the water two or three times in between.

Prepare the seasoning

The dried yellow sauce is brewed with water, and only the sauce water is used for a while, the mixed bean paste solids are not used.

Boil the beef impurity blood in a pot with water and cook for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.

Put the seasoning in a non-woven bag and put it in the pot. Our family likes spicy food, so I also put dried red peppers. You can adjust it according to your own taste.

Pour the soaked dry yellow sauce into the pot. Then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Put the beef in the seasoning pot and simmer for minutes.

Then turn off the fire. Don't remove the beef after turning off the heat. It's best to put it in the sauce to taste. I usually braise it at night. After turning off the heat and letting it cool, put it in the refrigerator overnight and eat it the next day. The taste is even better!
Tips:
Dried yellow sauce, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce all add saltiness. According to the taste, we finally decide whether to add salt.
