Beef with Sauce

Beef tendon, cut into large pieces, cook under cold water, boil the froth, and wash.

Dissolve the dried yellow sauce with water, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into large sections for later use.

Put the washed beef into the rice cooker and add all the seasonings. Put the water over the beef. Transfer to the rice cooking position, after the water is boiled, transfer to the porridge cooking position and cook for 1 hour. (If there is no rice cooker, use a wok to boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour)

Put the stewed beef into a wok, collect the juice on high heat, and constantly pour the soup on the beef with a soup spoon, so that the color and taste are even. Turn off the heat when the sauce is thick. After the beef is cool, put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator for 1 night.
