Beef with Sauce

Wash the beef and put it in a casserole with all the ingredients.

Adding water, I washed a few eggs and marinated them by the way. Turned to a low heat and boiled for about 2 hours. Turn off the heat and soak for a few hours.

Let cool and slice.

Dipping ingredients: light soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, green onions, cool boiled.
