Beef with Sauce

Soak the cleaned beef in cold water for about two hours (change the water several times in the middle) and soak it in the bleeding water, then blanch it (in order to get the blood foam). I forgot to take pictures during this process.

After blanching the water, pour the water again, put in the beef cubes, (the water is better than the beef), add all the anise and seasonings to a boil, this time you can try the salty! The soup should be as salty as possible so that the meat comes out tasteful

Finally, add the soy sauce

Pour into the pressure cooker and press for 30 minutes. After the meat is cooked, let the meat soak in the miso soup for another two hours (so that it tastes better)

Finally, take it out and let it cool and you can slice it 😄
