Beef with Sauce

Wash the beef and cut it into four large pieces, and blanch the blood in a pot of boiling water.

Rinse it with cold water after taking it out.

Put soybean paste in the soup pot.

Add water to boil and skim off the foam.
5.
Add beef, green onion and ginger, and top with cooking wine.
6.
Pour the spices and old stew in the stewed meat bag.
7.
Add salt, sugar and dark soy sauce.
8.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 hours.
9.
The stewed beef is left in the soup and soaked for a few hours before being sliced.
