Beef Wonton

First cut the beef into pieces, remove the tendons and membranes, put it into the meat grinder, start the machine, and break the meat into pieces. Add chopped and coriander. Season the filling with salt, light soy sauce, egg white, starch, white pepper, fen, and fungus powder.

Prepare wonton wrappers. Our local wonton wrappers are square, thinner than dumpling wrappers and very smooth.

Put a ball of meat filling on the wonton wrapper. You don’t need a lot of meat filling. I wrap it at home. Sister Crab often puts a ball of peanut stuffing. If you put too much stuffing, it will take a long time to cook and the skin is thinner. Boiled.

Boil water in a pot, wide the large pot with water, keep it heated on high heat, put the wontons on the boil, boil it and you can get out of the pot.

Take a large bowl, add coriander, seaweed, shrimp skin, light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil and other seasonings, scoop some soup, add wontons, and serve.
