Beer Boiled Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and cut into pieces, mince the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole to heat up, add a little salt or a little oil, add the chicken feet to a boil, remove most of the water and drain.

Wash the pot with a little water, add minced garlic, chili, and star anise to boil.

Pour the chicken feet, beer, or even more beer over the chicken feet. Cover the pot and simmer. First boil on high heat and turn to low heat to cook.
