Beer Braised Tender Duck

Filter the tender duck with boiling water.

Pour into a non-stick pan and fry until the oil comes out.
3.
Add a little light soy sauce, a little salt, and a little spice and stir fry.
4.
Add the dark soy sauce and stir fry for a minute.
5.
Pour beer 🍺, simmer on high heat until the juice is collected.
6.
Serving the bowl, done!
