Beer Chicken Wings

Bagged chicken wings, thaw in advance and wash.

Boil the blood in a pot under cold water, drain the water for later use, and dry it with a paper towel.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides.

Pour in beer and cook until boiling.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and a little salt, and cook for a while.

Add sliced ginger, bay leaves, star anise, green onions and garlic.
7.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
8.
Add rock sugar, until the sugar melts, collect the juice.
9.
Out of the pot and plate~
Tips:
1 The amount of beer is for reference only. The small pot I use is just 65 grams. If the pot is larger, you can increase the amount as appropriate.
2 If there is less marinade during the cooking process, a small amount of water can be added.
