Speaking of the various ways of duck meat, I guess most people would say that Beijing roast duck is the best. Of course, I am also a big fan of Beijing roast duck. However, the method of Beijing roast duck is a bit complicated and not suitable for lazy people like me. For all these reasons, the most popular dish in my house is this [Beer Duck]. The recipe is the simplest, but the taste is the best. My family has eaten it for decades and has not gotten tired of it. When my family cooks this dish, every time we prepare about 3 catties of duck, but every time it is eaten up~~O(∩_∩)O~~

Beer Duck

1. After the half of the duck is cleaned up, cut into pieces and drain the water for later use;

2. Shred green onion and ginger, and cut garlic into cloves;

3. Put the wok on the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to heat; add the green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, dried chili and fry until fragrant, remove the onion, ginger, and garlic;

4. Add duck meat and stir fry over high heat;

5. When the duck meat turns white, turn to low heat and stir-fry the duck fat; add some light soy sauce and salt;

6. Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry evenly; then pour in a can of beer and slightly submerge the duck meat, visually about 1 cm;

7. Cover the lid and simmer for 25-30 minutes on medium-low heat;

Tips:

1. Because the duck skin can be fried to get the oil, you don't need to put too much oil when frying the duck;
