Beer Duck

Prepare the ingredients, prepare a piece of Ma Duck, beer, ginger, garlic cloves, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and chili!

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add sliced ginger, garlic cloves, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and chili until fragrant.

Pour the duck pieces and stir fry until the color changes. After the color changes, turn to a low heat and stir up duck fat.

After the duck's oil is out, push the duck to the side, add two spoons of bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.

Then add the scallions, (or not add) the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and finally beer. The beer should submerge the duck.

Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 to 35 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid, wow, it smells so good!

Tips:
The duck does not need to be blanched, and the light beer is used, so you must stir-fry the duck in oil!
