There is excess fat and fat duck oil, and the oil will be obtained by frying it. This duck is fatter. I will use duck fat later on. If not, use normal cooking oil to fry the duck meat and then take it out.

Put oil in the pan, fry the spices (pepper, star anise, cinnamon) until fragrant, then add the condiments (ginger, garlic, white onion, bean paste), pour the fried duck into the pan, stir fry back and forth, add salt , Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, beer (almost 300 ml), simmer in a small pot with a lid.

When the beer is about to evaporate, remove the duck meat, there is still oil in the pot, then pour the potatoes, green peppers, red peppers, and stir fry in the pot, add a little salt, sugar, and finally pour the duck meat on the potatoes, green peppers, red peppers On top, let the heat stay for a few minutes, and finally stir-fry the seasonings and serve them on the plate.
