Beer Duck

Wash half a duck.

Cut into small pieces.

The prepared green and red peppers, garlic, ginger, chopped green onion and raw materials (star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, bay leaves, and peppercorns) are cut into small pieces and set aside.

Boil the duck meat in the pot.

After the duck meat changes color, it can be taken out.

Start the frying pan and sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add the blanched duck meat and stir fry for a while until the oil comes out.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar and raw material packets.

Add a bottle of beer and 2 red peppers.

After boiling on high heat, skim off the foam, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

When the time is up, the juice has thickened and the duck meat has softened. Add some salt to taste.

Sprinkle a little green and red pepper cubes and mix well.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
