Beer Duck

Wash the duck meat and cut into pieces.

Blanch duck meat in clean water, remove and drain after boiling.

Cut green pepper and onion into pieces. Prepare the green onion, sliced ginger, and garlic cloves. Mix the sauce with seafood soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Heat the wok, add salad oil, then add ginger, garlic, dried chili, onion, star anise, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the duck meat and stir fry until light golden brown.

Add seafood soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, bay leaves, rock sugar, and add 500ml beer after coloring. After the high heat is boiled, let it simmer for 30 minutes. Collect the juice over high heat, add salt, green pepper, and shredded green onions.
