Beer Duck Paste Pancake

Tips:

The first time I learned to make pie, I wanted to mix cornmeal with flour, but unfortunately there was no cornmeal at home, so I used hot water to mix the flour. In addition to removing the fishy, beer can also play a role in crispness and freshness, so there is no need to add cooking wine. Stewed duck meat with beer, the duck soup will have a strong beer flavor, but after a long time of boiling, the wine taste will gradually disappear, at least boil for more than 30 minutes.
