Beer Pig's Feet

Wash the pig's feet and put it in the pot

Pick up the rinse float and soak it in ice water for an hour (so that the cooked meat is tender and crispy)

Add a little oil to the pot and put the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

Add in the drained pork knuckles removed from ice water and stir fry slightly yellow

Add five spice powder and a little soy mushroom soy sauce. Stir fry evenly

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and fry until melted

Add a can of beer (I use Tsingtao beer) and others are also ok

Turn the pressure cooker to high heat for one minute, medium heat for five minutes, and low heat for ten minutes!

Put it out of the pan, if you don’t like juiciness, you can accept the juice over the fire!
