Beer Shrimp

Wash the shrimp, use scissors to cut off the legs and legs of the shrimp, then use the scissors to cut the back of the shrimp, and remove the shrimp thread. Shrimp thread is the digestive tract of shrimp. There are many dirty things in it. If the thread is not removed, it will affect the taste of shrimp meat and it is not hygienic.

Put the garlic on the chopping board and smash it, remove the skin, then chop the garlic into minced garlic, chop the millet into small rings, and chop the chives for later use.

Pour oil in a pan and heat, add half of the minced garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Tips:
Because my taste is light, this beer shrimp is made from sea shrimp so there is no salt. If you have a strong taste, you can add some salt to taste.
