This pimple soup has the taste of my mother when I was a child, and now the ingredients are more abundant, the soup is delicious and rich, the gnocchi is smooth and dynamic, and it is simple and delicious.

Beijing Pimple Soup

1. Coriander and shallots, cut into sections

2. Peel and dice tomatoes

3. Beat eggs, diced oyster mushrooms

4. Mix the flour with water into small lumps

5. Stir-fry the tomatoes in a frying pan until the water becomes thicker, then put in boiling water and bring to a boil

6. Add gnocchi and boil

7. Add oyster mushrooms and salt when the gnocchi rises

8. Stir in the egg mixture

9. Finally turn off the heat and sprinkle with coriander and chopped green onion

Tips:

After adding gnocchi, stir the bottom of the pot to prevent it from sticking
