Bell Pepper Cheese Rice

Dice the carrots and set aside.

The corn and sweet beans are taken separately. I bought the whole corn, hand-made. The sweet beans are also bought from the vegetable farm. I bought them fresh. Do not buy the kind of quick-frozen packaging.

Put the ingredients in the hot oil, add a small amount of salt and stir fry. Add some water on the way, cover the pot for a while, and add a little white pepper when starting the pot.

The small bell peppers clean the surface to remove pesticide residues.

As shown in the picture, 1/3 of the head of the small bell pepper, cut open with a knife, and take out the root inside.

Add the soy sauce and stir evenly with the cooked ingredients. Stuff all the ingredients into the small bell peppers and spread a layer of cheese cubes on top.

Preheat the oven for two minutes in advance, and then put the small bell peppers in the oven. 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. The temperature can also be adjusted according to personal preference.

Tips:
The cheese must be cut into small grains for better melting! The ingredients inside must be cooked, and the rice must also be cooked. When it is roasted in this way, the small bell pepper will not have the shape, and it will be deformed very badly.
