Bento with Meal-black Pepper Beef

Ingredients: beef, green and red peppers, onions, cooking wine, meat tenderizer, black pepper, oyster sauce, water, salt, soy sauce, sugar, water starch.

Shred the beef, put it in a bowl, pour in the cooking wine and tender meat powder, stir well and marinate for a while.

Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is 80% hot, pour the beef in, fry until the beef is discolored and remove it for use.

Continue to heat the bottom oil in the pan, add shredded onion and green and red pepper, pour in black pepper, oyster sauce, and stir fry for 20 seconds.

Pour the beef back into the pot, add salt, dark soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry well.

Finally, pour in water and starch to thicken.
