Berry Chocolate Oatmeal Scones
1.
Prepare all the ingredients you need, cut the unsalted butter into pieces about 1.5cm in size and refrigerate for later use;
2.
Prepare a cooking bowl, pour in all-purpose flour (no need to sieve), baking powder, fine sugar, and salt;
3.
Disassemble 1 packet of Nestle Youmai Colorful Fruit Oatmeal (forest berry flavor), pour it into the mixed powder of the previous step, in addition to the oatmeal, there are also full of dried berries and milk powder;
4.
Stir the oatmeal and flour with egg custard until they are completely mixed, then add the frozen diced butter;
5.
Knead the butter and flour with your hands until the butter has no large hard cores and is evenly mixed with the flour into loose coarse particles;
6.
Add dark chocolate chips and blackberries (or raspberries);
7.
Add Nestlé whipped cream, this whipped cream is stored at room temperature, and there is no need to refrigerate the stock. However, the whipped cream used to make Scone tastes better when refrigerated, and it is easier to puff during the baking process;
8.
Continue to add the whole egg liquid to the cooking bowl, do not pour the whole egg liquid, leave about 5g for brushing the surface of the scones, which is convenient for coloring;
9.
Use a spatula to mix the powder and liquid basically evenly, don't knead thoroughly, just roughly uniform, it doesn't matter if there is dry powder locally;
10.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of oatmeal (outside the serving size) on the chopping board. Place the loose mixed dough in the previous step on the chopping board and press it into a circle. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of oatmeal on the surface. Use a rolling pin to slightly roll out into a 2cm thick noodle. Divide equally into 8 pieces of fan-shaped dough with a knife;
11.
Transfer Scone to the baking tray, and brush the remaining 5g of whole egg liquid on the surface of Scone;
12.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes;
13.
Take it out and put it on the drying net and let it cool before eating;
14.
Add ingredients to Scon’s delicacy. Babies can make a condensed milk sauce and squeeze Nestle Eagle low-fat condensed milk directly on the surface of Scon;
15.
Or babies who want to make afternoon tea more beautiful can add a little raspberry fruit and vegetable powder (edible color powder) to Nestlé Eagle's low-fat condensed milk. The formula of low-fat condensed milk is simple, with a small burden and full of milk flavor, sweet and berry color. The milk sauce is eaten with scones, and the mood has changed;
16.
Just eat a few pieces and squeeze a few pieces of drench sauce. This Scone can be used for breakfast and afternoon tea. It is easy to make and low-fat delicious. Come and try it.
