Bibimbap

Prepare all the ingredients and cut them into strips

Boil water in the pot, put all the ingredients in, blanch for 1 minute, remove

Put a little oil in the pot and fry it first

Put the other ingredients together and fry, add a little salt and scallops

Put a layer of oil on the inner wall of the stone pot

Put the rice in the stone pot

The fried ingredients are placed on top of the rice one by one

Fry the egg until one-sided cooked poached egg

Put it on top of the ingredients

The stone pot is heated with a small fire, and the heat can be turned off when the rice makes a sizzling sound. The rice at the bottom of the pot will form a bit of rice

Add Korean bibimbap sauce when you eat it and mix it in the rice.
Tips:
The cooking method is not difficult but there are two different methods.
One is to put all the ingredients in a stone pot and put it beautifully, and then put the stone pot on the stove to bake it until the bottom of the pot has a thin layer of scallops. The other is to put the stone pot in advance. After grilling until piping hot, add rice and dishes.
