Bibimbap

Blanching spinach and carrots, soy bean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms

Put the shiitake mushrooms in a pot and fry them with oil, set aside and prepare a stone pot, brush the pot with oil, and add rice

Separate the ingredients on the rice, fry 1 single-sided egg

Put it in the middle, then put the stone pot on the gas stove and heat it for a while. Add the bibimbap sauce and the beef with kimchi and stir well.
Tips:
Because I just fried beef with kimchi, my bibimbap is basically vegetarian. If there is no cooked food, you can add some beef to the bibimbap!
The vegetarian dishes are adjusted according to your preferences!
