Bibimbap

Shred cucumbers, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, slices, shrimps, and mince garlic, set aside.

Put oil in the pan, wait until the oil is boiling, add the minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms, and fry until the shiitake mushrooms are ripe.

Put another oil in the pot. When the oil is boiling, add the sliced ginger and shrimp, and fry until the shrimp changes color.

Put a bowl of rice in a stone pot and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of Korean chili on top of the rice and set aside.

Place the prepared side dishes in the stone pot as shown in the picture, and set aside.

Set up another pot, put oil in the pot, wait for the oil to boil, add eggs, and fry until it is ripe.
8.
Put the fried eggs in a stone pot and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
9.
When all the ingredients are ready, put on the liquefied gas and fire, and wait for the rice to make a squeaking sound.
Tips:
Because I originally liked to eat crispy rice, there was no oil in the pot. If you don’t like crispy rice, you can apply some oil.
