Big Bun with Zucchini and Egg Stuffing

This is the noodles I made with flour

Mix the soda and baking soda with water and add them to the cooked noodles and knead until there is no sour taste. Add an appropriate amount of flour and knead it into a dough, set aside and let it stand.

Make the filling while the noodles are soaking up time, stir the eggs with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine

Heat the pan with oil, stir constantly with chopsticks while pouring the egg mixture, fry and let cool

Wash the zucchini, rub it into silk with a wiper, and sprinkle a little salt to remove the moisture

Zucchini shreds squeeze the moisture

Add appropriate amount of oil and pepper powder and mix well

Then put the egg and shrimp skin in, and stir well when filling

After the dough is finished, knead the long strips into small potions

Press flat and roll into dough

Take one dough and put in the right amount of stuffing

Pinch from one end

Squeeze into a bun

Make water in the pot and arrange the buns with a gap in between

Cover the pot tightly with a damp cloth and steam for 15 minutes on high heat

It's ready in 15 minutes
