Big Cold Noodles

Vacuum cold noodles. 2. Concentrated cold noodle soup. 3. Chili oil. 4. Crushed sesame pepper. Cut cucumber into thin slices, slice tomato into thin slices, slice pear into thin slices, cut a slice of large round ham into quarters, and cut cooked eggs into slices.

Soak the cold noodles in cold water, rub the sticky area, and boil water.

Knead the boiled cold noodles into boiling water, boil for a minute, remove them, and set aside in cold water.

Pour the concentrated cold noodle soup into a noodle bowl and put in a bowl of iced mineral water.

Put the cold noodles in the soup, arrange the prepared fruits and vegetables, egg and ham slices, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chili oil and crushed sesame chili.
Tips:
It can be served with some spicy cabbage. I am not too spicy, so I didn't prepare it.
