Bird's Nest Peach Gum Nourishing Soup
1.
The peach gum I picked is crystal clear~
2.
Peach gum is very scarce in autumn, just a little bit on the whole old peach tree... Naturally dried peach gum has a very good hair, so it should be soaked at least a full day in advance;
3.
After a day and a half, it became like this, carefully remove the peach bark and dirt inside with tweezers;
4.
Rinse the bird’s nest and soak it with a proper amount of water;
5.
After a few hours, the bubble had been made several times, and it opened with a touch of the hand;
6.
Then torn into strips;
7.
Add a little peach gum to a porcelain bowl or stewing pot;
8.
Add about half of the bird's nest;
9.
Then pour in the water to soak the bird's nest;
10.
Put in dried red dates;
11.
Put in the dried longan;
12.
Add a black date
13.
Then add water to the rice cooker and put the small porcelain bowl into it;
14.
Cover the top with a porcelain plate, then simmer in water for half an hour to forty minutes!
Tips:
1. Don't pour out the water used to soak the bird's nest. After all, it is the saliva of the swallow, and there are many nutrients that will melt into the water, so don't waste it;
2. Don't add sugar when stewing, this is the same as stewing chicken soup without salt, and then add rock sugar or honey when eating, I like to add honey~
