Bird's Nest + Peach Gum Soap Japonica Rice Stewed Tremella Soup

Soak the bird’s nest in pure water for about 3-4 hours to remove impurities

Tear the bird's nest into strands, add purified water, about 1cm below the bird's nest, and simmer for 35 minutes.

Soak the peach gum and saponaria rice separately, about 6-8 hours, until the peach gum is completely soaked, pick out the impurities!

The white fungus is soaked and torn small. Add red dates and lotus seeds. After simmering, add peach gum, saponified rice, rock sugar; simmer again and simmer for 1-2 hours. The soup is thick and the white fungus is soft and waxy!
5.
Put it into a bowl and add the stewed bird's nest!
