Simple and refreshing

Bitter Chrysanthemum

1. Cut the garlic, peanuts, and dried red pepper

2. Stir-fry peanuts, dried chili and garlic

3. Add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and a little water to taste

4. After washing the bitter chrysanthemum, pour it into cold boiled water.

5. Pour in the first prepared sauce

Tips:

Because I don't like raw or cold food, I scalded the bitter chrysanthemum with boiling water. Cold water can keep it crisp.
