Bitter Chrysanthemum

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and cut into sections.

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
3.
Put the bitter chrysanthemum in a large pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic, top with light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Put oil, salt, heat in a wok, add the minced peppercorns.
5.
Turn off the heat when the pepper changes color, and pour hot oil on the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.
6.
Just mix well.
