Bitter Chrysanthemum

1. Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and cut into sections.

2. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Put the bitter chrysanthemum in a large pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic, top with light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

4. Put oil, salt, heat in a wok, add the minced peppercorns.
