Bitter Chrysanthemum Enoki Mushroom Mixed with Dried Shreds

Prepare raw materials;

Put the dried shreds and enoki mushrooms in a pot and cook, add an appropriate amount of salt;

Add a piece of thick soup and cook together;

Put the blanched dried shredded enoki mushrooms in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil, and mix well;

Mix evenly and serve, then sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.
Tips:
1. Cook the enoki mushrooms and dried shreds first, add some salt and a piece of thick soup to cook it together;
2. After cooking, take it out and put it in a bowl, first add salt and small sesame oil and stir evenly; wait until the temperature drops a little, then add minced garlic and chopped shallots and other seasonings;
3. Add bitter chrysanthemum at the end when it is out of the pot. If you want to add other vegetables, it should be added at the end.
