Bitter Gourd Fried Pork

Tips:
1. This dish is best fried with peanut oil or lard, which can bring out the sweetness of vegetables and meat
2. It is best to use half-fat and lean meat for stir-fried vegetarian dishes.
3. The bitter gourd should not be fried for too long, it will turn yellow and soft. If the bitter gourd is fried for a long time after adding water, it will turn yellow and soft and affect the taste.
