Bitter Gourd Meat Stuffing

After washing the bitter gourd, cut it into small pieces.

Empty the seeds inside.

Put the bitter gourd section into a pot and boil it. After the water boils, it can be picked up and served on a plate.

Add an egg to the minced meat, salt, MSG, light soy sauce, minced ginger, chopped green onion, starch, cooking wine and pepper. Mix well and set aside. You can also add a little sesame oil to make it more fragrant.
