Bitter Lotus Stewed Goose Palm Soup

Peel the bitter lotus and wash.

Wash goose palm.

Add water to the soup pot, add goose palm and old ginger, boil to remove the foam, and simmer for 2 hours.

Add bitter lotus and stew for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
