Tomato Pork Ribs Soup

Boil the ribs after washing, then rinse again

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for about two minutes, peel them and cut into pieces

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections

Peel and wash the bitter lotus

Add clean water to the pot, pour the blanched ribs, boil to remove the blood foam, add sliced ginger and green onion, boil and simmer on low heat for an hour

Pour tomatoes and bitter lotus into the ribs soup, continue to boil on high heat, and simmer for about 30 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
Tips:
The ribs should be crispy, and they can’t be simmered for a long time on a low fire, but they can’t be anxious. If you don’t have so much time to go home, you can switch to a pressure cooker for 15 minutes at night.
