Bitter Melon and Crucian Fish Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Go and cut the bitter gourd.

Soybeans are best to be soaked in warm water in advance, as they will taste easily when boiling.

Fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides, pick up and set aside.

Pour the water in the soup pot into the soybeans and bitter melon and boil 15 minutes before adding the fried crucian carp.

Put all the ingredients in the medium heat and boil for about half an hour and season them.
