Bitter Melon Braised Yuba

Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture, slice the bitter gourd with an oblique knife, deep-fried yuba soaked and cut into sections, sliced carrots, garlic in two, and diced red onion.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and shallots and stir-fry for a nice aroma.

Add carrot slices and fry for a while.

Stir-fry the bitter gourds again until they are dead for about two minutes.

Then add the yuba and stir fry for a while.

Add a small bowl of boiling water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
7.
Adjust some salt and stir-fry over high heat to collect the juice.
