Bitter Melon Shrimp Balls

Ingredients: green prawns head and peeled, bitter melon, onion (missed), green onion, ginger

Tips:
Because the shrimp balls and the bitter melon are cooked, the final cooking speed should be fast, and the seasoning, thickening, and oiling should be done in one go.
