In summer, watching TV said that it would be hard for summer. Keep in good health in bitter summer, clear away the heat and relieve the heat.
Cantonese people like bitter gourd, the seasonal melon dish in summer. My mother-in-law likes to stir-fry it with beef or fresh squid.
I paired it with fresh squid today.
The first time I saw the making of fresh squid, I knew, wow, it's not easy, I don't know how to do it without seeing my mother-in-law!

Fried Squid with Bitter Melon

1. Ingredients: 4 fresh squid

2. Cut the squid, wash the internal organs, and cut off the sucker on the paw

Tips:

1. The squid needs to be cleaned by cutting the belly, and cut off the sucker on the claw.
2. The squid after flying into the water is easy to scrape the pigment on the claws.
3. Afraid that the bitter gourd is too bitter, you can pickle it with some salt in advance to remove the bitter water.
