This is a dish that my mother liked to cook when I was young. In summer, when the weather was hot and I couldn't eat, my mother would put a bowl of chili peppers and it was super! No need to match other dishes, just this one dish, you can let everyone come to a CD action.

Black and White Sesame Chili

1. Black and white sesame seeds

2. Chili is steamed on the rice

3. Put oil in the pot and turn on a small fire

4. Pour in black and white sesame seeds

5. Stir fry over low heat until the sesame seeds are fragrant

6. Put in the right amount of salt

7. Mash the sesame seeds with a rolling pin

8. While it is hot, use a rolling pin to smash the freshly steamed chili

9. Put the rotten black and white sesame and chili together

10. Just mix well

Tips:

1. Chili must be cooked with rice before it can be steamed;
2. The steamed chili must be beaten while it is hot.
3. When frying sesame seeds, be sure to low heat.
