Black and White Sesame Chili

Black and white sesame seeds

Chili is steamed on the rice

Put oil in the pot and turn on a small fire

Pour in black and white sesame seeds

Stir fry over low heat until the sesame seeds are fragrant

Tips:
1. Chili must be cooked with rice before it can be steamed;
2. The steamed chili must be beaten while it is hot.
3. When frying sesame seeds, be sure to low heat.
