Black and White Sesame Sushi

Stir-fry black sesame seeds over low heat for later use

Stir-fry the white sesame seeds over low heat and set aside

Roll mat with a layer of fresh-keeping bag

Season the cooked rice in the rice cooker with salt and monosodium glutamate, stir evenly and let cool, grab a handful and spread it on top as shown in the picture, then put the cucumber strips and sausage strips on top, as shown in the picture

Roll it up with the help of a roller mat and compress it tightly

Cut into pieces with a knife as shown in the picture

Wrap the sesame seeds separately on the black and white sesame plate, as shown in the picture

Then install the plate and place it as shown
Tips:
The rice must be tightly wrapped or it will loosen
